Homeowner wants to rebuild the house on a "Like-for-Like" basis per LA County's guidelines
Homeowner wants to do design and build with Chisel & Tool

Perform due diligence on the property
Check LA County Records for "Like-for-Like" basis
Coordinate with engineers and surveyors to perform boundary survey, topographical survey, and geotechnical test
Create architectural design for the new house based on homeowner's budget
Create structural plans with trusted engineers based on the architectural design
Coordinate with LA County for plan submission and approval (Ready to Issue)
Prepare a construction proposal
Pull building permits
Build per approved plan
12-month warranty after house completion

$1,000.00 Deposit to start design
Deferred payment on design contract until project approval
Homeowner has 30-days after approval to pay the design contract balance. If homeowner chooses C&T to build then design contract balance will be fully credited.
Engineering fees for boundary survey, topographical survey and geotechnical test are to be paid separately by Homeowners
